How to Get Out of the Rat Race

This is just a way you can become independent. If you are broke and out of a job, you can set up one of these systems and get started for super cheap, and produce enough food for you and your family for free, perpetually. It's called aquaponics or aquaculture. Basically, fish and vegetables in a symbiotic relationship. The fish waste, through natural bacteria, becomes perfect fertilizer. You also grow the duckweed to feed the fish.

You could set up a small system, and get at least one fish every day and all the veggies you and your family can eat. Or, if you get tired of eating tilapia and perch all the time, you can get a little bigger and sell the extra. One guy in Australia said they grow one thousand heads of lettuce a week, and sell them for a buck fifty each. Fifteen hundred a week. Just for the lettuce, in a small setup. Plus you can sell tons of fish. Shrimp works well for this also. Imagine, all the shrimp you want and you know they are clean of BP oil and all other pollutants. Totally organic veggies, all you want, no chemicals used at all.

THese guys here have been producing ten thousand pounds of fish per six months from one greenhouse, with one pump. It's amazing. Plus, as an ATS special, this is a perfect doom SHTF scenario solution. No matter what, you always have enough to eat!

Spread this idea far and wide. This concept could save the third world, and all the starving masses. There are tons of videos and websites explaining everything.

Thankyou for the information! These days there are far to many people that cannot take care of themselves. If there were a disaster a lot of people would parish not only from the orginal disaster but from not being able to survive. They would have Nooo idea and google isn't an option!!! It's a huge joke among young people these days that they can't cook without a microwave and takeout.

How many people would know that a rotting carcass could save your life by giving you fuel? How many people would know how to deal with an infection without a pill?

Without electricity people would parish...both by starvation and by people just like them...they don't know how..so therefore..they take to survive!

People really need to take the time and learn how to live like Rambo.... just in case...

I don't think this is nearly as easy as they try to make it out to be, but kudos to them anyway for doing it all chemical free and in accordance to the way nature works. If there is any hope for the future, this is the model.
