Not sure what the file contains but this reminds me of the first encrypted file that was release and not sure if the 2 are related.

they mentioned the password will be released at a later date, and possibly has to do with some files they claimed were hacked and destroyed from wikileaks in the past.

I wonder how many ATSers are downloading this one as think they will give the password to this fairly soon, not like the original insurance file. Be interesting to see.

awaiting the killswitch eagerly..
but this is how i would put a tracker on an ip if i had subverted anonymous. release another "insurance file" they wont be able to resist.
then again, i would have them target facebook as well

Yay! Another encrypted file that no one can do anything with!

Wikileaks...what a complete and total waste of time. What useful information has wikileaks ever provided? Really?

I think I'll wait for the movie to come out on this one. My common sense is saying; "Nah!"

wikileaks is sooo F'n boring...I read the name and it makes me yawn, Yay another file that is probably filled with more boring/useless info about stuff that doesn't make a difference now or the year that it happened in...

Twitter is Twitter is CIA RUN OMG
All my torrent programs are gone due to all the IPs looking for them.
Or was that part of the set up.
OMG TORRENTS are run by the CIA.

Well I hope we can see this Wiki leaks file in unencrypted form.
Curious.

This wasn't posted as an insurance file and it is stated that the password will be released...interesting but anything less than war crime proof that we all know about here on ATS is kind of boring at this point...you'd think that they would shake it up with Black Ops info...but who knows, maybe we just have to be more patient...

I will not hold my breathe over Wikileaks. For a long time I defended them and waited anxiously when they were going to release data about Bank of America........never happened!

So I will not believe it until I see it.

If you do not know what WL has released it is better to just keep it to yourself than to make such comments.
Protip for downloaders: burn it on a cd as a backup. That cant be messed with

Too bad, I'm at work! I love to have a shot at it too!
Hopefully the file will still exist after I'm done from work! Interesting to see what's in it indeed!

BoA leak, US no fly lists etc. were destroyed by Daniel Domscheit-Berg when he sold out to CIA / BoA / someone. I would've liked to see it as well.

Everyone was all about caution when it came to downloading or talking about downloading the latest Antisec release. I'll be interested to see if the same cautions are posted here, when ultimately it is the same principle (and with both Antisec and Wikileaks 'supported' by Anon, the two are even more similar)

I think they are getting ready to release damning information and they want to make sure they are unabated. There will be so many sources for the raw data that it will not be stopped. Alien Disclosure? War Crimes? Sex Scandal? Who knows...

Wikileaks are just trying to stay relevant. Unfortunately for them, the masses got bored with the story long ago. I hear that Prince William and his new bride are one of the hot topics of the moment though.

I got something without Wiki Leaks.
Ever try signing up to Twitter or some network and asked for
you email address and password to your email.
Sure thing I'll join in a heartbeat NOT.
After years of net sites wanting your email address you wonder
who is pulling this one off. Net savvy kids never gave their real
names for any of their numerous email services, now we give
out the keys to personal net. We can be emailed perfectly well
without giving out passwords. Perhaps if the password request
does come up the culprit is now caught by Wiki Leaks.
