Im pretty sure this is an old video that is a hoax. The clip was a scene from some training video I believe.

During most flight tests of experimental craft there is usually observational chase planes.

UFO's more than likely have nothing to do with outer space visitors. They are experimental craft. Some are in service and will not be revealed for another 20 years. Truth.
