New Member : Google Earth oddity

I thought ATS would be a good site to get some feedback on a strange appearance on a Google Earth location. It is an underwater site that looks like a structure of sorts. The coords are 31*21'10.66N 24*23'34.61"W .
Just wondering if anyone knows of any research or explanation for this. Thanks in advance.
