Love is the end game.

Reality had a point. That point of existence is what you actually care about and value. What that is, is love.

You love. Your family, your mom, your dad, your kids if you have any. Love is what measures what you are as a person. In the eyes of a Universe, love is the only thing of value. How you love, and who you love matters. Love matters. It is the end game of existence.

Love is the only thing that really matters above all things. If you love, well... is that not it's own reward?

Funny... I don't follow any religious beliefs or some new age idea. I am simply expressing my own opinion. You however seem to apply some preconceved idea about what that idea might be.

Frankly, I am a lone wolf. Just something that exists and in that, not really important to the scheme of things. A person with some ideas, and that is all.

I agree with the OP. That is what is important in life.

I agree to an extent that its the beginning and end of life. Its what makes life beautiful. We go through various circumstances when we feel that life isn't worth the hype and love can actually make it worthwhile. Sadly there is more filth than love in this world.

One of the greatest lessones of existence is self-love. Do you really love what you see reflecting in the mirror?

Some people know what is important in Life, others don't.

How exactly do you define love and what makes you say it is the point of existance....?

The Love you describe is the physical love. What if someone has lost all of their family and is an introvert with few friends, however a true and compassionate person? Where is their love in the endgame? Does it make them less worthy because they are not experiencing the physical love? A homeless person comes to mind. Are they less worthy of enlightenment because they lack physical love? Are they denied because they could not fit into a system strewn with faults and pits to fall into?

The message of love, albeit a good one, love yourself, love your neighbor, etc...is one that we need in the world. Love should include compassion, justice, a connection to your inner guidance and a connection to all that is. As we know, fear is a separator and will keep you in the dark.

As far as the New Age movement, as Terence Mckenna said and I paraphrase, be wary of trading one operating system for another. As in many have blindly jumped from Christian beliefs into the New Age system.

Love is assertive, always, is never passive, does not create stuffed anger, and is therefore never aggressive. Love is loud and clear and real and because GOD is real then love is real because GOD is real and GOD is love and has already dominated the earth, checkmate. GOD is the ultimate in existence. There is only one true love and that is GOD.

1) Delay of gratification.

In this way love may be viewed as intrinsic to the evolutionary process itself whereby the human being is not a "thing" but a phenomenal process.

It is therefor, a first/last cause and the Alpha and Omega of our existence, yet requiring the free will to chose and to act. Love may then be seen as not unlike the free gift that is life.

It is reason joined with spirit.

And so the REAL "New Age" if there is to be one, can only be founded upon this principal this Rock of Ages. And just maybe, in the final analysis, it's nothing etirely "new" at all..

It's only "new" because it's coming up on the Internet more often and ppl can easily discuss love, whereas you needed to visit the 70s to discuss it beforehand, lol.
