This is one awesome set of photos. I've seen some crazy things but this is on my top ten list.

I completely agree, amazing.

It's funny that the bobcat didn't hesitate to climb it to survive, but the mountain lion debated for hours on whether or not to follow, and ultimately decided it wasn't worth all that.

My question is Does a bobcat have multiple layers of fur like some other animals and very thick feet pads?

If the mountain lion took off and it's still there, I'm wondering if it can climb back down...

I know, now I'm worried. I imagine it could at least get halfway down then leap the rest of the way. I hope.

So this photographer saw this whole chase and climb but didn't think of taking pics from a safe distance? I wouldn't be surprised if the story was made up cool pics though.

i hope the cat it's ok, how the hell it's going all the way down?

I think they will have to call the fire department to get it down.

I wish he had taken pictures of the mountain lion as well .

oh, he can get down. ever seen a skeleton of a cat in a tree or on a roof? very cool.




i can imagine the mountain lion looking around and thinking "hmmm...what else is edible around here? OOOOOHHH! photographer. delicious"
