Good Idea! I propose the following as it may be easier to remember.

I give you the SHTF EVENT report

* Size of event
* How it will occur
* Type and Time of event
* Fatalities (Estimated)

* Evacuation plan
* Vicinity of the event
* Eventual results of the calamity
* Necessary preparations
* Theoretical plan to stop or negate the event (If plausible)

I believe most of those posting so called "predictions" or prophecies on this site suffer from various mental traumas since childhood. Once you know what to look for you can find anything from slight obsessive disorders to various nasty forms of schizophrenia amongst the posters, and of course not to forget, bipolar disorders causing periods of severe depressions. Its of no use heckling them or being sarcastic. These people are very sick and need help from skillful psychiatrists.
