It has to do with the depth of the EQ....That one was 178KM in depth.
There is a chart at the bottom with a details button.

Its a fluke, it was a measurment that was taken wrong, or some sort of malfunctioning equipment.

Not exactly sure, but im close enough to feel if that happeneds, i didnt feel a thing

Well the magnitude doesn't seem very strong [-0.3] Maybe it's referring to it's affected radius from it's epicenter?

Oh trust me, when i heard it i was like "wtf? no"

No reports about a big one anywhere, nothing on earthquakes canada. There are threads about it on GLP. But yeah it was just a misinterpretation. Probable because it was a negative value.
