I agree with you....if people would go back to eating whole foods,,,cooked at home in an oven or on a stove and quit all the processed foods with so many chemicals and salt....plus add daily vitamins and exercise... I believe their health would improve.

yes theres alot of bad stuff out there and ignorance is one factor,but when i read something
like this i find myself dissappointed that ive read nothing positive or constructive

I'm a firm believer that the mind controls the body. So what does the medical industry do? This causes cancer, that causes cancer, don't do this or that might happen. And of course, you have already done "this", so it implants the belief into your mind that you are going to become ill. And it works.

There are more of us alive today than at any past time. We live longer than we have ever done. We are healthier than we have ever been. These are simple, uncontestable facts.

cooking food in an oven uses heat which is infrared radiation.. a part of the EM spectrum that includes visible light. Microwaves are also EM radiation that are simply on a different frequency. Cooking your food with a micro wave is simply faster and uses less power...

So long as you don't stick your head into it, or use plastic containers to cook in... there is no harm from microwave ovens
