I'm assuming that this is where I bring up the issue of ^^TOP^^.

I gave up using the ^^TOP^^ at the bottom of threads as it didn't work for me when I joined and got used to scrolling back up but noticed that the ^^TOP^^ still doesn't work.

Right now I use 'Home' but I have to reach too far and I'm lazy.

I hovered the link and all seems to be fine but for some reason it doesn't work.

Has this something to do with Firefox as this is what I use?

Yeah, small issue but it would make things quicker if I could use it.

Thanks

works for me in IE, Safari and Chrome..

FF seems to be the culprit, ever since they went to FF4, now they are moving on to FF5, hopefully they took the time to make sure it interacts better with webpages..

I think it is also the culprit in how some members cannot enter the chat without some hassles..

Seems like FF needs to do more work on their coding?

I actually tried FF5 but did not like it one bit! Went back to 3.6. so I don't know what the problem is. The home function works on other sites. ATS is the only one.

Is this considered a redirect on ATS?

Chat works fine for me if I hit refresh.

Wish I could help out more, but this looks to be above my paygrade..

They don't let us hillbillies know too much about tech, we have a propensity to solve things with hammers

It's FireFox, I just tried it and it didn't work for me either. It works fine in IE, Chrome and Opera.

Well, if that's the case I'll drop FF. Not!

Thanks Springer. I reckon I can live it then. Ain't letting go of FF.

Here is a nice thread on firefox getting blamed for some more stuff...that still has to be worked out on my account...funny thing is though...I don't even use firefox...never have.

Seems to be a good scapegoat for all the problems on ATS if they cannot be fixed...I am starting to think that firefox might need it's own conspiracy thread.

It's ridiculous...anyway here is another fine example of the demonizing firefox: Link...

Whatever can't be solved...like a media account can be blamed on firefox...even if you don't use it...because your problem cannot be worked out...your going to have to change to IE (although I have never used anything other than IE), Google Chrome, etc...nice that ATS does not have any solutions...where are the tech. advisors?

Ditto, but only a minor inconvenience.

I use Firefox on my home computer...doesn't work.

My brother uses Internet Explorer on his computer...works fine and dandy.

It's got to be a glitch with Firefox.

P.S. - I love the idea of a FF Conspiracy Forum! Good one jerryznv!
