DEVELOPING: Authorities have one person in custody and have found a backpack which may contain an explosive chemical near the Pentagon, as they scramble to investigate the unfolding situation just outside the nation's capital.

5 pounds of explosives won't do much around the pentagon, and his notebook seems sketchy, the most dangerous word they could point to is al qaeda (al qaeda is now a dangerous word?). This whole thing seems suspicious, I don't really see how an Ethiopian would even care about the pentagon let alone get near it.

Sounds like a lot more "oogah boogah" to keep us afraid.
