Ok before I give some something to chew on , I will state I was a migrant and I have also been Involuntarily unemployed for a short period.

Just do this everyone ....if you please.

Google the average wage in say India, Iraq, sri lanka ect ect ect.

Google the unemployment benefit in Australia and the UK for two examples.

Convert that rate in the two examples to the average wage in the countries where migrants come from in Asia ect, think about it when you see the results.
Remember money can now be transferred from one nation to another by non citizens......!!!!!!!!

I do not know, but why for Gods sake do we leave our own citizens on the dole/whilst we allow immigrants into our nation because they work for less?
Pay everyone the minimum wage regardless of ethnicity , demand that immigrants serve a three year residency period before qualifying for benefits(true refugees exempt) and watch the unemploymentrate drop.

I would never in a million years let my daughter live off someone elses dime (mine, welfare, whoevers)
She is 16, has a job and is very happy making her own money and earning a living (Her first job, still lives at home, and is saving for her first car). I never gave her everything she wanted but showed her the value of earning it for herself. (I did give in a few times, but, hey, I'm a mom, thats what we do)


Working hard and earning your keep is something very few understand any more. I really do not understand the new attitude of this era. Can someone explain to me why everyone thinks they are automatically entitled to everything and other people should work hard to take care of them?

I really want to understand, I just cannot wrap my head around it.....

Some people work very hard to avoid and honest days work.

It's a sad state of affairs when someone can feel comfortable with themselves leeching off others and calling it virtue.
