anon is a non group. there is no "structure" there is no "leader" there is no "mission statement" anon is, in reality, a loosely connected
network of IRC severs where groups of hackers trade stolen credit card numbers and hack tools. It's called anonymous because you are merely an IRC
handle, more than likely spoofed and bounced around so even your fellow hackers can't get your Identity.
It's a interchangeable group of hackers, crackers, but mostly script kiddies. someone picks a target, posts relevant information, the others in the
room at the time jump on board.
After the PSN fiasco a split occurred, two factions emerged and are apparently at war. Those who actually stand for something, and those who are
merely disgruntled fat pimply kids with too much time on their hands.
Anonymous is "fighting" for our rights online.
the other faction is hacking websites and stealing credit card information.
