Yep, the excitement is stopping me too and it breaks the relaxation wich is required to have OBE. Right?


I get to the stage when you have to relax your whole body and imagine a lead blanket coming up your legs up to your head, i can only get that blanket up to my knees =S i dont think i have enough concentration for the whole thing.
