He is just the type of moron they would throw to the media to make people think its fake. I think people figured Haarp out and countries need the plausible deny-ability so they get loud mouths like this to state they have the device so when people question they can laugh and point at him saying "what you believe this guy"? He is the Donald trump of Russia

This man is a certified loon, and i for one would take anything he says with a pinch of salt, that being said though you can sort of admire his honesty in saying what he thinks to be true and standing up for his country, but i personally think he is an ill informed buffoon who resorts to bullying and violence to get his own way when his poor interpersonal skills fail him. I really shouldnt worry to much about it
