IMF Leader Arrested After Alleged Sex Attack

www.msnbc.msn.com

The leader of the International Monetary Fund, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, was arrested on Saturday, minutes before he was to fly to Paris from John F. Kennedy International Airport, The New York Times reported.
Strauss-Kahn, a candidate for president of France, was taken off an Air France flight by officers from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and turned over to Manhattan detectives, a Port Authority spokesman told the Times.

He was accused of a sodomizing a maid at a Times Square hotel earlier in the day, the authorities said.

This is my first thread.

The IMF is one of the most powerful organizations in the world. If you held such a powerful position would you really stoop to this kind of behavior?

This story seems worthy of discussion regarding a possible conspiracy.

Have at it ATSers - you're some of the brightest minds around.

yeah, a highly suspicious claim, for sure.

He 'sodomized' a maid? and she reported it? Hmmmmmmmm. Sounds like someone is being prevented for running for President of France.

I wonder why...?

I'm no Dr. Ruth...buttttt..isn't sodomy different then oral?

This could get interesting.. Especially when he tells his wife it was only oral.

I suppose some very powerful people think they're above the law but this guy put his name forward to serve his country and he's married to another high profile individual.

It just doesn't seem logical that he would pick out some random maid and commit such a violent act.

Some Big Playrs here. The IMF, as well as the future leadership of France, who, by the way, are in a little conflict in Libya.

"Dominique Strauss-Kahn - is this the man to defeat Sarkozy?"

By any normal reckoning, the French left should be on the verge of an electoral breakthrough. Nicolas Sarkozy is the most unpopular president in the 50-odd-year history of France's fifth republic. Damned as the bling-bling "president of the rich" who championed the market on the eve of its greatest crisis in the postwar era, barely one in five think he's doing a good job. There is even speculation that he may not stand for a second term. And whatever bounce the embattled president might derive from his new role as a war leader in the Libyan conflict is thought unlikely to last. But although the main opposition Socialist party led the field in countrywide local elections last Sunday with 25% of the vote, while Sarkozy's centre-right Union for a Popular Movement scored a humiliating 17%, it was the far-right National Front that registered the strongest advance, coming in less than two percentage points behind the ruling party. Already the Sarkozy camp is in disarray about how to respond to the front's success, having failed to win back supporters with attacks on multiculturalism, an anti-Roma migrant campaign and a legal ban on the Islamic face veil. In some polls, the front's new leader, Marine Le Pen, was ranked second for the crucial runoff in next year's presidential elections.

I interpreted it as two separate acts in the same incident.

You're right, his wife is probably very unhappy tonight.

you kiddin me? look at how many crimes the imf is guilty of, the violence they are guilty of, just look it up, the list is endless, it would not surprise me at all to learn their leader was lacking on morals as well as sexually depraved, in fact i would be surprised if that WASNT the case,

the fact that so many here are trying to defend him has me thinking this is an attempt to lend him credibility, after all, nwo needs the imf, maybe the loss of this man from the plan is hurting you nwo types,

well ha!

Hi Friend,

There's no agenda here. I just thought it was an interesting topic on which to get a discussion going.

Sometimes, when you are that rich and powerful, you begin to think you are above the law, and no one can touch you. And he might well be. We will have to see how it plays out.

After all a rich American got away with buying young girls with only a slight slap on the wrist and no social consequences.

“A jail sentence doesn’t matter anymore,” says David Patrick Columbia, founder of New York Social Diary. “The only thing that gets you shunned in New York society is poverty.”

“In the Midwest, where I am from, he would be a social pariah,” says Lorna Brett Howard, a political activist and wife of Irving Post Capital CEO and Aeropostale director John Howard. “What I see here is if you have big money or are famous then you get a pass.”

This reminds me of when Julian Assange was accused of rape. IF this IMF leader is -innocent- , it appears that sex crime blackmail is a most desired technique.

If he really did leave his cellphone and other personal effects in the hotel room and rush to the airport, it does make it look a little more like he is guilty.

Of course, if he was engaged in a consensual act, and she started screaming and ran from the room, that might make you panic and leave your stuff.

Hard to say. Its really going to be hard to say. If he is being set up, however, I must say I cant imagine it happening to a nicer person than the head of the IMF. When you are screwing virtually everyone in the world, its bound to come round at some point.

www.msnbc.msn.com...

The woman broke free and ran out of the room, WNBC said. Strauss-Kahn quickly headed for the airport, sources told the Daily News.

New York police top spokesman Paul Browne said Strauss-Kahn left his cellphone and other personal items in his Sofitel hotel room.

"It looked like he got out of there in a hurry," Browne said.

Looks like he didn't do what he was told. Serious does anyone believe that the leader of the IMF would get caught with something like this, and if they would that it would be on the news? This was allowed because TPB wanted it. Sex crimes (some of the most depraved) happen everyday with these goons without them getting touched, once they do it's because they disobeyed.

Founded Socialisme et judaïsme in 1981 and was planning to run for president of France in 2012.

Could it be a false flag event?

Hi Simone,

That's exactly who I thought of too! (Julian Assange)

Accusing powerful people of rape may be the latest trend!

Exactly!

If you're smart enough to rise to a position like that surely you're smart enough not to try something so stupid and obvious.
