Well pay them better then! $2.15! wtf! thats like £1.50 in real money? And you ppl stand for this? It's no wonder your pissed off. FYI minimum wage, by law, in the UK is £5.93 or $9.88. Most restaurants include a 10-15% service charge which goes to all the waiters/waitresses. So it's included in the price, a cash tip is only given when the service is exceptional. Something you dickheads aren't ever going to see.
