Was this today? I mean, why stop recording such action? More than likely CGI but on the other hand, who has the time, in Japan, to be creating fake ufo fleets. You would think there are more important things to be doing.

Why presume this is from Japan just because the youtube title says so? Any one can post any footage they like on youtube and say it's from whatever time and place. Unless you find the person that originally filmed it to confirm what happened, don't be taken in by the label it's been given.

You are right about the few seconds of filming though, why stop filming? It points to CGI or a very short piece of film taken out of context.
