Everyone on ATS does their bit and whether you agree with them or not their opinions are still worth hearing..

My favorite Mod is MaxMars he's kewl

and my up and coming newbie rookie award goes to:
sugarcookie (I expect great things out of her)


but there are plenty of others whom I admire
and respect and think are wonderful assets
to the forum like Phage, even though we take
the opposing viewpoints on most subjects, lol.
He's still respected.

There are just so many that contribute here
that are worthy of note.

Dimensional detective is definitely one of my favorite posters here. He really whips out great info and topics.

Really, it is impossible to pick. On some topics I am in total agreement with some posters, then on other topics I want to reach through the screen and slap the same people.

There has been quite enough ego stroking and self-congratulatory back patting as of late.
I do not come here for popularity contests and I'll be damned if I'm going to contribute to this current trend.
That's what Facebook is for. I don't know what it's becoming now but I do know that that is not what ATS used to be about.
Far too many cults of personalities around these days.

well I don't view this thread as a popularity contest
at all. I view it as a thank you for those folks who
go above and beyond in contributing to the quality
of ATS.

Wasn't it considered against T&C's to discuss other members on this board, be it positive or negative??

Huh? Oh, you mean people who write. Don't have any faves. Everyone has something of value occasionally.

I thought discussing other ATS users was prohibited on ATS, regardless of it being positive or negative. If it wasn't, I would have made multiple threads about multiple users ages ago and the conspiracies surrounding them (garnering flags and stars, how they always show up in certain threads, how certain people are always following said users, etc.). This ban was meant as a way to prevent harassment on the boards.

Most of you probably won't be familiar with him since he doesn't come around much anymore but BigWhammy is like a brother to me and I soak up his posts whenever he makes them. His knowledge on the Bible, Christianity, and apologetics is like nothing I've ever encountered. He is a silo of information. One of my first and closest ATS friends.

I love Skyfloating's threads. He delves into topics the mainstream would consider 'weird' but I just love them. His material is classic ATS, IMO.

Rising Against is another. I told him the other day the boy was going to break my applause button. lol He puts so much work into his research. It's impressive.

I have never heard of BigWhammy but I don't frequent those topics much but I have questions so I shall check BigWhammy's profile out.

I totally agree with RA. I love his threads and he does put a lot of time into them.
