Just read that the last supermoon happened back in 2005 - Jan 5th. Now I read on that , yes, its associated with earthquakes/wild weather etc. Well, the Indonesia Earthquake(9.0) happened on the 26th December - 9 days BEFORE the supermoon.

Guess what happened 9 days before todays supermoon?

Anyone think its nuts? Interesting thought though?

Maybe we supposed to be worried about things BEFORE a supermoon, and not ON Supermoon day?

Can you source that, so we got some proof in this thread about it...
sure I could look it up myself... but if you don't include the source to your "suggestion" then the Source Gremlins, I mean Mods might get you!

(Haha, I'm playing Mods... I love you all!)

But yeah, whatever site it was you was reading, can you source and quote a lil bit of it in your OP?

...But I must say nice find! S&F!!!!!
You may be on to something!

I hate the word "Supermoon". Back in 2005, I never even heard of a supermoon. Now since its all doom and gloom this week, a close moon is now the "Supermoon"?

I swear, everything is so god damn dramatic

Oh um...I might have jumped the gun a bit
Seems the supermoon was on 10th January - not the 5th. So no 9 day connection - but still possible that things happen BEFORE a supermoon - need to do some more googling when I get a mo - to look up what happened around past 'supermoons'...

I was wondering if anything has been said about this "super moon"
is occuring on the spring equinox on 03/20/2011 at 23:21 utc.
Seems like a perfect alignment to me.

long time lurker of ats here!

just saw this thread and the mods have stopped replies so I thought I would post here.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

I too heard what the OP describes. They cut the guy off as soon as he started to answer!
I heard no music though. Just silence for two minutes. I am guessing that in Scotland we do not have the same local radio, so maybe this is why I didnt get the music.
I feel that something is definitely wrong with this though. Exciting to be able to contribute in exposing a cover up.
What the hell are they hiding?

thank god! someone finally who heard the same thing! Listen people, you need to start asking questions now. Something has really given me the eebie jeebies about this whole thing! I dont know what the hell is going on, but personally I have just been on the phone to university proffessor about this and he has told me that I should head as far west as possible. He would not give any reason, but just told me to go and leave now.
I am literally packing my bags inbetween postings.

There were supermoons on 12 December 2008 and 30 January 2010, so the last supermoon wasn't in 2005 as stated in the OP.

you are wrong, the last supermoon was in 1993, please check your facts before posting.

Does anyone else have any info on a possible earthquake to come in the UK, or earthquake preparations? I can't find any other info on this.

I'm not wrong. It's the closest supermoon since March 1993, but several have occurred since then. It'll only be around 15km closer than in January 2010.

It really isn't. Are you sure you're an astrophysics student? Greenwich University don't seem to offer the course at either undergraduate or postgraduate level.
