i have no answer as to what or who it could be so im looking to get some input from the community

It's thought to be a woman in a white dress with her back to the camera.

There is a link to the file next to the photograph to a story. In the story the photographer says he's received thousands of suggestions. I doubt you'll find a new one here, but my first impression was a beekeeper.

although some are quick to dismiss this photo /story, i found it quite a fascinating case.

Jenny Randles writes that this very same figure was seen at the launching of a missile in Australia! Its also one of the best British examples of a case being investigated by Men In Black.

Looks like a Beekeeper in the background.. From they way the individual in background is dressed..

The stance is male I would have thought looking at the shoulders, shoulder blades and arm muscles, obviously it could be a very butch woman but more likely a male looking at it.

Also the book " MIB investigating the truth behind the men in black phenomenon " by Jenny Randles covers the incident in depth.

Yeah it's definitely a male figure with his back to the child but a bee keeper I'm not sure.

Interesting pic though, never heard of this one before so I'll try to look into it.
