The thing is, I'm no fan of Islam, but Christians sound like that a lot to me.

Ignorant, mean, pressuring, intrusive.

I don't think that had anything to do with Christ.
I don't want to be associated with it- any of it.

I really wish that people of different faiths would simple sit down together and discuss what each of their religions had in common with each other. This way, they could find a common ground of understanding. Just because you read a different version of the holy book does not mean that you have to be at their throats.

I wish all faiths could just live to gether with mutual respect and understanding. Maybe, when that day comes, we will truly find God.

Seems kind of racist, or unreal eh? But in reality these people are just defending their way of life and feel threatened with the concepts of Sharia Law. Many Muslim communities do not recognize western laws and develop societies within the boundries of western nations (ala Britain) There is becoming a major backlash to this when it gets out of hand. We as a society need to take steps forward (not backward) with regard to integration of communities. Many Muslim sects come to the west and pose very litttle desire to adopt western values in any way. Why even come here?

Religion is the start and end of bigotry and hypocrisy in the world past and present. We venerate a man who it is claimed is the son of God, he was born a Jew, lived a Jewish life, taught and read in the synagogue, and was called 'rabbi' by some of his followers. Jesus appears in the Koran and the Torah. Jews have been persecuted since forever. We constantly wage war in the so called "Holy Lands," religion is twisted to our own individual selfish needs. If it is all true what happened in the bible and jesus is the son of god he would look down at us and weep at the way the world is today, full of selfish, intolerant, greedy people and probably would turn his back on us and say "You haveth made your bed thus shall you lay in it." We are all brothers and sisters under the same sun, its our differences that creates hate because we basically hate ourselves and that hate is infectious. There are two new gods that we worship now money and oil, everything else is just window dressing, so go read your bible but remember Jesus was a Jew and you are reading a jewish tale.

There is nothing wrong with what is depicted in this video.

Everyone was civil and spoke their view peacefully and respectfully.

There were no fights or violence.

If you do not like what you see in that video, than you are against Freedom.

Perhaps America isn't the right country for you?

Here we have Freedom to speak our minds. No matter which side you are on.

If you can not see what is wrong in this video then you are endemic of what is wrong in society today, the man was preying peacefully, what would have been said if a group of muslims came into a church and started calling out to allah and screaming out Alhamdulilahs, all holy hell would be let loose. I am not a very religious person but I do believe respect should be given to peoples prayer time what ever religion you follow.

How can you folks not see the difference between public property and private property?

You have the right to say anything you want on public property, as long as you do not trample the liberties of others.

The man had no trouble praying, and the other people merely said words.

Please read the Constitution. Please learn what Freedom of Speech is.

Not like him to create a huge media sh1t storm and then no turn up.
Thinking his planned march for Wotton Basset in the UK which turned out to be a publicity stunt, that managed to get every News broadcaster to talk about him and his odious group. He's the equivalent to the westboro church, just the Muslim variety.

You say "so long as they do not trample the liberties of others" this is exactly what they did, I say again if the man had gone into one of their churches screaming out allah what would have happened?

Interesting. We have Beth Dim Jewish courts here in the UK, but no one seems to mention them almost like they dont exist. Yet the sharia courts that perform the exact same role are seen as a threat to Britain. The Jewish lobby is the most powerful in the UK by a long way, yet people feel the muslims are taking over?
