Russian flight controllers claim to have spoken to an alien

One thing I do not understand is, why are the tower operations being filmed in the first place ? I mean this is not standard practice to film control tower operations with your phone or camera . I get that they can have tower recordings for the voice for record keeping , but filming is not standard procedure.

Well, provided it's not fake, they obviously filmed because they were tracking a UFO. You can see someone pointing his finger at this radar contact on screen.
