Anonymous ... About, finding information

Where to start, I think this deserves a full thread about them,
as they have become a influence on society.

Guess the start is the start right...

As far as I can figure, Anonymous has been posting videos for the past three years.
It began with scientology. (as far as I know, I am more than glad to be corrected)

Since really scientology is world wide, but has alot of its roots in the U.K.,
I am assuming that anonymous started in the U.K..

There is some evidence of this, but will save for later.
Also, some proof that some anonymous video's are being made
in non-english speaking countries, then translated, but I digress to the point at hand.

Anonymous began with scientology in their sights,
and widened their gaze to the mainstream events affecting the larger part of the world.

Anonymous has, and presumably, still is assisting wikileaks. As most of us know here.
(we all love the leaks haha)

As they went forward, Internet censorship, Shell,Fox News,
the Australian governement and even Stephen Colbert
have all passed though the cross hairs of anonymous.
Growing and gaining followers along the way.

Anonymous has grown into a large network of protesters of many idfferent causes,
but scientology seems to still be a large focus.

As for who they are, they are many different groups of people.
I am sure there is a hierarchy,
but with such noble beginnings, I hope they maintain positive strong ideals.

If I could say one thing to them I would quote Mr. Lee~ "With great strength comes great responsibility"

Well here are some more, things get weird the deeper you look.

One of the reasons I am sure their is a hierarchy is because of the evolution that Anonymous has acheived.
If you go to the start, (like I said, the start as far as I know)
you can see how it began as a thuggish endeavor, and now has become a sleek machine.

Fighting against the NWO is nothing new here. In plain fact alot of us (ATS members)
have given up and are planning survival in the aftermath already,

Yes, I hope you are right.
I am excited at the fact that someone is doing something sucessfully.

Anonymous is gaining ground, and it will be really hard for the U.S. government to stop them,
and trying only makes them martyrs... so I am watching

I really wish Anonymous would pierce the vaults of Pharmaceuticals and see if they can find and release information to public Universities especially in regards to suppressed cures for diseases (Cancer, Diabetes, AIDS, etc).

If they could score something like that, I can see them receiving world-wide support and possibly a Nobel prize...

the more truth uncovered whether unpalatable to the hierarchy or not the better. too many secrets ruining too many lives and denying opportunities to nations hungry for progress and fairness. these politicians if they are not careful will eventually become obsolete via the internet. the people are speaking and joining together. the hierarchy can only do so much before nations realise they are being taken for a ride. with so many nations on the very edge of survival, the case may be made that all developed nations are guilty of buying into nasty regimes, sustaining terrible consequences on the peoples and allowing sufferings over decades. many developed nations are now found wanting. the peoples should question as to whether they are fit for purpose or are they contributing to the death and suffering we are witnessing on a daily basis.

For those who are unaware, the anonymous movement grew from all the 4chan trolls on /b/ who started growing up and paying attention to politics and what is really going on in the world. Sadly enough the Fox News broadcast only managed to capture what 4chan is already obviously known for, trolling the hell out of anyone and everyone they can get their hands on

even the stories they do run, they run weakly.
