Study: US wasted billions in Iraq, Afghanistan

www.rawstory.com

WASHINGTON – Corruption and waste has cost the US government billions of reconstruction dollars in Iraq and Afghanistan, according to an official study on wartime contracting released on Thursday.

The report found that "criminal behavior and blatant corruption" were responsible for much of the waste related to the nearly $200 billion spent since 2002 on US reconstruction and other projects in the two countries.

It did not give exact figures, but cited the Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction report to Congress in January that found efforts were at clear risk because of po

Sigh...

And the band marches on, uninterrupted.

Isn't it great that we are STILL being forced to fund these TITANIC wastes of foreign idiotic invasionary and occupational debacles?

Even greater is that while our own country falls further into shambles by the month, we can have our two party crime family / M.I.C. dynamic duo CONTINUE FORCING us to keep this crap going on and on and on...The average citizen whose taxes are FUNDING this nonsense is entirely voiceless as well.

Despicable.

Funnily enough, the name of the game is to waste as much money as possible. That game being the one that Rockerfeller, Rothschild, Morgan and others play.

As I'm sure most of you know, they own the Fed. The more money they print, the more money they make (through being paid back with interest).

It's sickening

I bet Halliburton and Xe don't think it was a 'waste'

Aint it convenient how they say were broke after they spend trillions on some illegal war?

Billions? Probably trillions. This is frustrating to no end, as so very many of these stories are not news but updates to things they have been telling us for years now. And there's never any action taken? What because the minds of our senators were psyops'd? Total BS.

This is not just about wasting money in the middle east. For example... why are we in Afghanistan??? Might be under the pretense of fighting terrorism, but in reality it is for something a lot different. Afghanistan happens to be sitting on the worlds largest deposit of lithium. Guess what powers all these new coming electric cars and such... We, the US, are seemingly putting a placeholder in that country for future endeavors.
