I wouldn't recommend that you start looking all over your body for strange marks because I can assure you that anyone will be able to produce extraordinarily bizarre artifacts on the body if they look hard enough.. the skin is a constantly sporadic organ. Try to stay grounded.. In other words, I like the dictum, "It's good to have an open mind-- but not so open so that your brain falls out." It's a sure-fire way to attract individuals (especially over the internet) who will impulsively apply a discriminatory and discrediting label to your persona.
Just my two cents.

Dito........................I only relay the full details when asked but Dito will suffice and yes that is my opinion Greys aren't the bad guys in my own experiences.
If you actually dream events to come in someway? If so I believe this is the curiosity for them.....DNA. A theory thats all but what you have relayed is identical to my own experiences....Apart from one more thing, an offer of a one way ticket to join them. I declined. I had a family to support.

And peeps don't blart me PROOF?, PROOF? or twaddle...it's not up for argument, I'm not selling a book, I never intend to and I keep it mainly to myself, unless in this case people asking for opinions..

Could it possibly be a type of scabies or even a type of ringworm?

Not trying to say you are diseased, just trying to find logical answers, before assuming they were left by , as of yet, unknown Extra -Terrestrial beings or their tech.

Don't mind sharing at all....

My entire life, at least once a month, I go through what they call 'sleep paralysis', and I experience temporary moments where I am held down by some stronger force that doesn't allow me to scream, move, or lift up. It'll usually happens just before sleep or immediately after. When its over, I feel a somewhat groggy, like I'd been sedated but never went to sleep. I am usually very tired, and out of breath like I'd been struggling with something. I've also had times where I've been scratched or bruised like I'd been fighting....

My father and I like discussing these types of topics and this past summer he shared his 'sleep paralysis' encounters with me. It was then that I started to take notice of just how common this 'thing' is. After some research, I'd read that some scientist liken this to sleep apnea or something to that affect, but that didn't add up. You mean to tell me that millions of people have sleep disorders undiagnosed??

My father decided to do some research on this with peers and family and so did I. We basically just asked for people to describe their experiences and then compared the similarities:

1. cannot move limbs or head
2. room seems to be hazy when this is occurring
3. Person laying in bed beside you never is aware that you were not able to move or were trying to scream (sometimes the other person admits to be being awake)
4. very tired as if you put up a fight afterwards
5. vividly recall hallucination right before (mostly of other worldly beings)

My conclusion:

1. We are being held down by an entity
2. we have been sedated
4. partner has been sedated but are not being bothered by the entity.Just sedated to prevent interference or fear
5. We are not hallucinating: we catch a glimpse of these other worldly beings

The next mystery is to figure out who is being 'attacked' and why....because not everyone goes through this.

That is interesting. I had a similar experience when all this stuff started. I would say mine lasted about 30 seconds as well. My bed was shaking pretty hard and I could feel a swirling feeling that seemed to be going into my back. After a few seconds it felt like energy was pouring out of the top of my head. That's the only way I can describe it. I had already turned the lights on so I couldn't see any shadows, but I could feel a presence in the room. I wasn't paralyzed at any time though.

I went to the doctor a few times and they were curious about it (the vibrations) but didn't really know what to do with me. I finally end up going to a spiritualist/psychic type who said I had a 'spontaneous kundalini'. I had to go study because i had no idea what she was talking about. Apparently this experience had activated my pineal gland and my chakras were going nuts. She thought this could be why I would start to vibrate. Then one night, I was exhausted and frightened and I was actually laying on the floor (because I didn't shake as much) and it felt like several people were standing over me and started poking on my chest. I didn't even bother to move as I was tired of everything and didn't care. And then this incredible flash of light went through my head. I have no idea what that was but I feel like it was helping me. I don't know what's really going on, I'm still just trying to figure it all out.

I've also experienced this and been trying to figure out what this is, so far all I've got is that may be to do with healing or some possible spiritual initiation where certain aspects of your life will become emphasized in order to encourage growth

Have you asked a doctor or skin specialist for a diagnosis?

The fact that these are recurring does suggest to me the possibility that they might be the beginnings of a bed beg infestation. Bed bugs are widely spreading throughout north america. You won't necessarily see them as they hide out during the day. Of course they could be something else but none of us are a substitute for a medical specialist! If someone was sticking needles into you, I think you would probably wake up.

I wake up at night on my bed. i tried to move my arms but couldn't. They kind of shook, still a forceful resistance. The i was lifted into the air. As i was being pulled into the air felt something pulling my entire body towards the window. Then i went throught the window like a ghost. After that o have no memory. I wake up on my bed and that was the first night i had sleep paralysis and possible false awakening.

I used to have these reoccurring dreams when I was very little, just like you describe here. In fact, I was searching for posts with this kind of experience but all I found was yours.

I remember having horrific reoccurring dreams when I was very little. I was alone in a living room, on the floor in the middle of the night. Infront of me a big window, where something was forcing me to turn my head towards it. I felt a very scary presence. Then, I felt the force starting to pull me towards the window and I started sliding on the floor and eventually floating closer to the window. I felt something behind the window and I knew I will very soon see who it is. A figure appeared behind the window but It turned into my black, big eyed cat (probably a defense mechanism of my mind). I tried to escape this force but when I tried to move, my body and limbs just shook like you described. Like I was paralized or controlled. I couldn't even turn away my head, it forced me to watch. Then I started going through the window like a ghost (like you described) and I knew that I will meet this entity but I was always too horrified and woke up.

This dream haunted me for a long time until I stopped seeing it from exhaustion I think...
And until this day, I am absolutely terrified of Gray aliens. I have a phobia of them. I get chills everytime I see a picture of one.
