I was fooling around on google, typing in random alphanumeric codes until something popped up on the search engine. I opened it and behold, a list of what seems to be HIV patients. Here is what I typed into google.G1079646.

An example of whats on the page.

>AF000314AF0003141..291291g2393851Human immunodeficiency virus type 1HIV-1 patient 890 clone 1 from Australia, Vpr protein (vpr) gene,complete cds./gene="vpr"/codon_start=1/product="Vpr protein"/db_xref="PID:g2393851"
1 0 0 0 7 3 1 1 3 2 1 1 0 1 0 0 2 1 2 0 0 3 4 0 0 1 1 3 0 1 2 1 4 0 0 0 1 1 0 1 0 3 6 2 0 5 5 5 1 1 1 2 0 1 1 2 3 1 4 1 3 0 1 0
>AF000315AF0003151..291291g2393853Human immunodeficiency virus type 1HIV-1 patient 890 clone 2 from Australia, Vpr protein (vpr) gene,complete cds./gene="vpr"/codon_start=1/product="Vpr protein"/db_xref="PID:g2393853"
1 0 0 0 7 3 1 1 3 2 1 1 0 1 0 0 2 1 1 0 0 3 4 0 0 1 2 3 0 1 2 1 4 0 0 0 1 1 0 1 0 3 6 2 0 5 5 5 1 1 1 2 0 1 1 2 3 1 4 1 3 0 1 0
>AF000316AF0003161..291291g2393855Human immunodeficiency virus type 1HIV-1 patient 890 clone 7 from Australia, Vpr protein (vpr) gene,complete cds./gene="vpr"/codon_start=1/product="Vpr protein"/db_xref="PID:g2393855"
0 1 0 0 7 3 3 1 3 2 1 1 0 1 0 0 2 1 1 0 0 3 3 0 0 1 2 3 0 1 2 1 4 0 1 0 1 1 0 1 0 4 6 2 0 5 6 4 1 1 1 2 0 1 1 2 1 1 3 1 3 0 1 0

Now I have no idea how to read any of that or what its even signifying. But if it is what I think its is, what is it doing on Google?
Are there more codes you can type into Google and get more secret information about government and people?
A programmer guy I know says yes and he has access to over 40,000 such codes. Seeing as google is a massive virus scanning the web and your PC for information, causes me to believe there is a lot more stuff on google to be found.

wow. Kinda scary for those that are positive if it is.

ftp.dna.affrc.go.jp/.../Human_immunodeficiency_virus_type_1.vrl

That appears to be the link after searching the numbers you provided

Edit: Looking at the link again maybe it could be related to research?

If you are talking about ftp.dna.affrc.go.jp... this would appear to be a viral modelling definition file used by the VS Vaccination Simulator application produced by www.mathecology.com... .

Chances are good that the patient data in this file is simulated or totally anonymous.

As I said Don't know, I am just wondering what the numbers stand for and why the use of the word clone?
And here is the sites link featuring a bank of data
ftp.dna.affrc.go.jp...

Its also using file transfer protocol FTP instead of HTTPS
protocol that allows users to copy files between their local system and any system they can reach on the network

I now found a directory at this link. ftp.dna.affrc.go.jp...

A link on the directory led me to this page. And there is a link in this page that goes to the 2nd link below.
ftp.dna.affrc.go.jp...

This link goes to a page with Monsanto listed on it! (Rice Gene Research Program)

README file for rgadb of RiceGAAS [2002.11.21]
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

RiceGAAS (Rice Genome Automated Annotation System) collects the rice genome
entries in GenBank.

Please see the following URLs about RiceGAAS.

RiceGAAS collects the rice genome entries from the daily-update in GenBank
database. The collection rules are as follows;

SOURCE = "oryza sativa"
and
9999bp < [sequence size] < 1Mbp
not
DIVISION= "GSS" or "STS"

Each entry from GenBank is categorized into the anchored chromosome, or
"unknown" if it dose not have any chromosomal information.

Two data set as shown below are made every week.

GenBank files
FASTA files

- FTP files

+-- 20020918 .. data directory (made at 2002-09-18)
+-- yyyymmdd .. data directory (made at yyyy-mm-dd)
+-- README .. this document
+-- current .. link to the latest data directory

Data directories in the ftp file above have GenBank files and FASTA files
containing the following files below.

- GenBank files contain the following files.

RiceGAAS.GenBank.chr01.tar.gz .. chromosome 1 genbank files
RiceGAAS.GenBank.chr02.tar.gz .. chromosome 2 genbank files
RiceGAAS.GenBank.chr03.tar.gz .. chromosome 3 genbank files
RiceGAAS.GenBank.chr04.tar.gz .. chromosome 4 genbank files
RiceGAAS.GenBank.chr05.tar.gz .. chromosome 5 genbank files
RiceGAAS.GenBank.chr06.tar.gz .. chromosome 6 genbank files

genbank is a free Database.
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov...

What is GenBank?

GenBank® is the NIH genetic sequence database, an annotated collection of all publicly available DNA sequences (Nucleic Acids Research, 2008 Jan;36(Database issue)
25-30). There are approximately 106,533,156,756 bases in 108,431,692 sequence records in the traditional GenBank divisions and 148,165,117,763 bases in 48,443,067 sequence records in the WGS division as of August 2009.

The complete release notes for the current version of GenBank are available on the NCBI ftp site. A new release is made every two months. GenBank is part of the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration, which comprises the DNA DataBank of Japan (DDBJ), the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL), and GenBank at NCBI. These three organizations exchange data on a daily basis.

An example of a GenBank record may be viewed
