ATS Censorship through Moderation (Civil Discussion, Right or Wrong) Your opinion and

the other day i replied to a seemingly nefarious thread about
a man who lost his gun licencse because of saying on his blog,,,, 1 down 534 to go,,, referring to giffords

i went to check other responses and the thread was gone.,,,, and i wonder why
it bothers me even now not knowing why


if ATS removes a thread there should be a reporting system as to why it was removed,,, not just the 404 page
it would clear up a lot of unanswered questions and solve all the anger, bitterness and accusations as to why a certain thread was removed

I find your comment derogatory, off topic, and insulting. Why be like that? I don't feel the need to insult you, and I specifically asked for none of that type behavior in the op.
Would you try to address the OP subject rather than my reason to stay here.

Or... open up to time consuming debate and drama as everyone argues about whether the thread was removed for the right reasons or not.

In this case, I believe there were simply multiple threads on that topic.

"Issues" have been addressed. No action or point deduction has been applied because of this thread.

Our rules are clear, as well as they way enforcement is carried out. If you refuse to accept that, there are plenty of other venues in which you can be yourself and have no fear of point-deductions, removed posts, or moved threads.
