Judge on an assassination list? How do we know J Laughner wasn't doing the whitehouse's bidding?

I mean, they've straight out said they'd assassinate anyone who stood in the way of or "threatened" "our" interests... of course saying it's all part of 'fighting terrorism...'

TPTB would NOT want the public to become aware of the Executive Orders which allow the feds to seize pensions, 401k and private savings, and they definitely would NOT want a lot of publicity about Judge Roll's death, because people would start digging.

In 2009, Judge Roll faced death threats after presiding over a $32 million civil-rights lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed by illegal immigrants against an Arizona rancher. After Judge Roll ruled that the case would be certified, threats came from talk-radio shows which fueled controversy and spurred audiences into making threats against the judge[3].

After one radio talk show, Judge Roll's name logged more than 200 phone calls as some callers threatened the judge and his family[3]. This resulted in the judge and his wife being placed under a full-time protective detail for one month. A US Attorney's investigation identified four men as the makers of the threats, but no charges were filed[3].

In a July 9, 2009 interview with the Arizona Republic, Judge Roll described the time under high security as "unnerving and invasive. . . . By its nature it has to be," Roll said. Roll also said, "It (the security) was handled very professionally by the Marshals Service."[3]

Makes you wonder if Gliffords' shooting was a crime of coincidence. I'd say this thought is worth additional consideration.

1. "Different parts of the world," including the US?
2. Who understands the operational environment of the US better than a US federal judge?
3. The judge was obviously pretty familiar with their legislation which he helped shut down, or "targeted."

And anyone reading this should be pretty familiar with the US tactic of labeling anything that goes against the globalists' push as terrorism...

My point is we dont know, and we most likely never will. There is a pretty strong case that he was just Coo Coo for Cocoa Puffs. I wouldn't put it past the white house to pull simething like that., but the right answer is usually the simpleist, the dude was just off his rocker.

Please stop mischaractizing the news article. The first one you posted deals specifically with Al anwari and those who actively participate overseas with foreign terrorists. It has nothing to do with assasinating anyone here in the states, or any member of Government.

So far the evidence suggests this guy acted alone. Until other info comes to light that would dispute that, its nothing more than a conspiracy theory that is based on absolutely nothing but paranoia coupled with taking articles from last year and misrepresenting them in an effort tolend weight to the accusation.

Its one thing to keep an eye on Government and hold them accountible. Its another thing entirely when people see conspiracies in everything they do without reason or rationale.

What would assasinating a FEderal Judge in Arizona do? What would assasinating a Democrat house member do?

The Dems still control 1 1/2 out of 3 branches of Government. Removing a FEderal Judge in Arizona wouldbe easy enough using the DEmocrat majority in the Senate. Why remove a house member when it wouldnt change the makeup of the house?

The judge just "dropped by". For Loughner to know about that there would have had to have been an insider tipping him off, someone who even knew about a last minute change in plans. Very doubtful.

If the judge were the target, Jared would have shot him first.

I bet the shooter also hated Major League Baseball which is why he shot the girl. The only person he probably knew was Gabbie Giffords- the rest was just collatoral damage- he probably meant to kill as many people as he possibly could- and might have even planned to kill himself before the cops arrived.

Meet Judge John Roll

"Widely respected." "A wise jurist."

The US news media heaped on the praise, but was purposefully vague about who this extraordinary judge was and what he actually did.

The early and oft-repeated media claim "the judge was just in the wrong place at the wrong time" doesn't ring true for several reasons, the most important being how the heck would they know and know so quickly?

Equally as suspicious, why did they feel the need to repeat this statement over and over again from the very beginning of the reports? Who inserted this into the news stream?

Judge Roll was an opponent of the Federal government overreaching its authority.

Specifically:

1. He ruled against federal imposition on states rights in gun law matters,

2. He ruled against elements of the Patriot Act (the part where federal "law enforcement agents" can seize your bank account without cause), and

3. He ruled against the newly announced FEMA Governor system in which the federal government plans to take the power of elected state Governors and put in in the hands of federally-appointed "regional" governors in the case of an "emergency."

It's a rare judge these days that stands up to this BS or shows any interest in the Constitution at all.

And he ended up dead in the parking lot of a Safeway Supermarket at the hands of a "lone nut" who local law enforcement allowed to run wild publicly making violent threats against employers and school administrators.

not a coincidence at all, these are all recent legal matters and the man was a judge. He probably also ruled on land rights, water rights, federal law infractions, and so forth.

The man was killed trying to protect a member of Giffords staff. Of course that's what the lamestream media says, right, so it must be a lie. Of course, how did I let that one slip by.

This conspiracy theory is about as accurate and beleivable as the cited articles in this post. There are many more "SVR reports" where this came from. Also, Russian Foreign Services, in addition to internal security, would not be so incompetant that would allow this many SVR reports to be leaked.

Also, as you can see with the French DGSE article, the opening info is identicle. Just the name of the service has been changed.

Gabrielle Giffords. In 2007, Cho Seung-Hui used the same gun, along with a Walther P22, to kill 32 people at Virginia Tech before committing suicide.

And Giffords herself boasted to the New York Times in 2010: "I have a Glock 9 millimeter, and I'm a pretty good shot."
