Superb Job!!

You are all VERY brave! There will be days that you will question why you accepted the responsibility, and perhaps even question your own judgment initially. Not to mention the occasional responses you may get from members by the decisions you have made.

There is a bright side though.

There will be many more days where just by doing something mod-ish for a member that is deemed "part of the responsibility" and otherwise minimal in your time consumption, may in fact mean a great deal more than you actually knew to the member that you were "just doing your job" for and sometimes they will go out of their way to make you aware of it.

Those are the days that will make the moderating you do well worth it, you'll see what I mean soon enough.

And starless - do you know what you are doing..? I hope so, because calling out a member needs to be accompanied with proof, not rhetoric, especially since you used this thread as a platform...so let's see it.
