Well this is my first thread, So I thought I would share my top 10 songs from my favourite band.

Hope you enjoy them.

Ok I just noticed I posted" Mother" twice, But I thought it was such a good song it should be heard twice ( It wasn't a mistake I can't get rid off honest)

the solo from fletcher Memorial home deserves a nod too. Not sure if I could round it down to 10 though, anything with a Gilmour solo is cake for me

Anyone else miffed that on the "greatest guitar players ever" list Kurt Cobain beat out Gilmour?

Two suns in the sunset.

I like Mother as well. The only way to enjoy the Wall, animals, and The Final Cut is all the way through. The albums tell the story and depending on your mood the story changes. Also depending on a few other things.

Thanks for sharing.

To those wishing they could jump in the way back machine to see the floyd live hold on, there's hope!

the Australian pink floyd show. Well, it's technically 2 now, Aussie Floyd and Britt Floyd, aussie floyd being the best choice. floyds old crew, equipment, and they put on an amazing show. I've seen them 3 times and will continue to as long as they come back, close your eyes, spark one up and you're there friend

Is there anything worse than a bunch of Floyd fans in one thread? Terrible...

Gunner's Dream
Fat Old Sun
On The Turning Away
Marooned
Echoes live in Holland with saxophone
What's Uh The Deal?
The Nile Song
Green Is The Colour
Wish You Were Here
Great Gig In The Sky

and...

Careful With That Axe Eugene

If 11 is good enough for Spinal Tap, it's good enough for the Floyd.

I wonder if I'm the only one....... Take a listen to "On the turning Away" and tell me that's not about Palestine. I've always felt the lyrics to that song fit perfectly with that crisis and how most of the word has turned away. It's not one of "the" floyd songs but has always been a fav for me.
