It doesn't really matter who it was... The xray scanner TSA agents, don't even know whose bag is what, they are supposed to be looking at EVERY bag
just as diligently. It wouldn't matter in this case. The only thing I can think of is that they weren't paying attention to the bag and instead were
looking at the laptop itself, which is supposed to be in a separate compartment, or they didn't stop it from being left in the notebook bag and the
bag was situated in a way as for the notebook to cover the pouch that contained the gun. It is plausible that it slipped through, but that's because
the people who are willing to work for 12.50 an hour part time for two years are careless morons or don't feel it's worth it to pay as close
attention as they should.
