Salt stuck on boats? I thought most of cheshire was sat atop huge amounts of the stuff. There again, in this crazy mixed up world, a lot of the salt mined from under Cheshire is probably sold abroad and we import reserves from elsewhere. Maybe, maybe not..... but it would not surprise me one little bit if turned out to be true!
