Just google New World Order Maps, New World Order map fo the United States. Check Obama's Executive order creating the Council of Governors (10 Governors). Check out H.R. 645 - Using military infrastructure in times of mass disaster, which creates 10 control zones within the Continental US.
Taking some of these seperately they make a lot of sense. When you add them all together you get the conspiracy theories.
