And what exactly do you think the "government" can do about the current administration? Unless the constitution was re-written without my knowledge, the current admininistration isn't going anywhere unless the American people vote them out of office. Now where exactly does the "government" factor into this? Just curious.

Well, we can't vote them out of office for we never voted them into office. More people voted for Gore, but since the only state to stupid to vote was the same one Bush's brother controlled, Bush is in office. Sad, all the military votes "lost", all the votes of the citizens "done wrong". I know why they were done wrong, they voted Gore instead of Bush. Wouldn't be surprised to see Jeb help George again.
