Britain 'Still a World Force'

Theres a lot of new British Immigrants coming to New Zealand lately, and those I have talked to all said the UK was F'd and they would never go back.
History shows that 25% do go back though.

Britain is only that high because they'll be factoring in the Trident nuclear deterent. Take that out of the equation and it's more like 15th or more...
Britain doesn't have the manpower or navy it once did...
