This took place on a cruise ship in the bermuda triangle in July 2009. You can hear the cruise ship engines in the backround. This was taken by a friend who was sitting outside at 3:00 A.M. and witnessed the strange object moving around, apparently moving toward and away from the ship. He claims he did not zoom in on the object too much, and alot of the motion is the object zooming in and out on it's own.

I posted this in my intro thread, but who reads those anyways?

Interesting, I'm no specialist in the subject, but doesn't appear to be anything spectacular. But I wasn't there and could be wrong. I'm sure some one else can give better insight. Is it possible it was some thing floating in the water reflecting light?

It looks like a dot in the blackness and could be anything. Assuming that is the sky, then it would look like a dot of light in the sky, though is most likely a reflection off of the window.

It's alot of footage, but you'll notice it becomes more clear in some parts and looks like a multicolored hourglass.

It's not a reflection. I know the guy who took the footage and he has no reason to hoax anything. He not tech savvy, and before the incident did not believe in the phenomena.

Keep in mind, the 'dot' zooms in and out on its own. It does become clear at times and does not look like a dot.

I'll have to take a screenshot so people can have the 'cliff notes' version.

V1rtu0s0.....

Thank you for posting your video.

Unfortunately, there is no context in which to judge anything about the "object".

Also.....

Any "detail" therein is a "camera effect".....it's not really "there".

I wish there was more info to go on.....

Kind regards
Maybe...maybe not

Thanks for the reply.

When you say camera effect, what kind are you refering to? I know it gets blurred and distorted. But there are times when it looks like an hourglass shape. Two whiteish blue discs with red in between them.

Do you know what the certain date of sighting was?

V1rtu0s0.....

Here's a "famous" example of how that works:

The camera autofocus cannot focus on a point light source & is producing a shape & internal detail that is not really there.

Different cameras produce different effects.

Here is a different example:

Let me know when if you find out. I'm just curious, I'm not on to a lead or something

Other than that, the video isn't consistent but the story regarding the way the object was flashing sounds familiar!
