A Message to young people

You are young, and you have to work out what you are going to do.

It is a difficult time - everyone your age is having difficulties working out what they want to do.

As for sexuality - a hot topic.

Please do me and yourself a favour - work out what you want to do, and let others work out what they want to do.

And guess what - the sexuality of others has nothing to do with you.

So leave others to work out what they want, as you do.

The issue is - what do you want to do? It has nothing to do with sexuality.

A message to old people:
The young are confused, distracted and rushed by so many things they dont know what to do.
Parents push you to go through school with loans, you need to pay for car and gas and all of lifes duty on usually an $8.50 wage, plus you try to squeeze in a social life.
They are all just massively pissed off and are probably almost ready to do something about it.
Ask anyone of the younger guys out there and they will tell you.

Now just to set the record straight I have nothing against gay people. But I do have something against people pushing the gay agenda. You remind me of the anti-abortion nut jobs. Know matter how good the message may be it gets lost because of the messenger.



And is ATS really a place to be preaching this to the young people of the world. This is a conspiracy website not a youth outreach program.

Sorry OP, I think you have it backwards. In my opinion younger people are more tolerant and accepting of matters regarding sexuality. I believe that some older people are more 'set in their ways' and their minds are less likely to change regarding homosexuality, if that is what you mean by your post.

I believe this is true. Because we young people challenge the old ways and ideals of our parents. This is called moving forward, the birth of new ideas- instead of being stuck in the same old same old that doesn't work.

Now if that pisses you off, then maybe you need to re-think what/who the problem is.

Another attempt to offer constructive criticism here, CWK, but your post is so vague I think people have a right to respond the way they have. Your opening post isn't clear, it doesn't offer any reasoning and is void of any apparent motive.

The only thing that is clear, is that you've picked on the younger audience for some reason...but for what? I'm just being be consciencious of that fact.

I agree with you. But, like I said before is ATS a outreach program for gay teens? Last time I checked it was a conspiracy website.


I do however admire your rebuttal post. I was harsh to say the least and you kept your cool. And that makes you all right in my book.


I think maybe a news article to go along with your post would have gone a long way instead of just a opinion. Just my 2 cents.
