A respected foe!

I have just changed my mind about foeing because 2 people have called me a respected foe! YAY! Someone respects me! They are PuterMan and Nearlyabeliever.

That just gives me more spirit and energy to state what I believe.

I'm rather disappointed: I've been here nearly two years and only have two foes. I figured I'd have pissed a lot more people off by now.

In my estimation somebody "foe"ing you is nothing more than a sign that you won whatever debate you were engaged in.

It's like the last act of desperation, once all rational argument has been exhausted.

But its probably true in some cases for sure..

I have a respected foe I don't even know! Have had no debate and in fact he hasn't even been involved in any of my threads. Is it personal?
