Just for the sake of clarity in what I believe and think, if you are referring, even in general to my previous statement...

Hateful of me? Probably. But true nonetheless.
...allow me to elucidate a bit.
I come from a large Irish-American family. In my world if somebody in my family - specifically male, happens to commit a grievous social or familial
error, it is not uncommon for a few of the cousins to show up and deliver a small enlightenment upon that individual.
Call it an intervention. Call it therapy. Call it toting an anterior whooping. Call it tough love. Call it anything you want and judge the behavior if
you wish. But the truth is that, in my family, at least, things like wife abuse, child abuse, alcoholism, gambling addiction, drug abuse, or any
destructive or disrespectful behaviors in general do not often happen and are quickly resolved when they do.
I don't want Mr. Phelps or anyone in his family to suffer or to be hurt or maimed. I just think that a bit of tough love would benefit this gentleman
a whole lot.
If he was a member of my family he certainly wouldn't be pulling these stunts!
