In case any Christian thinks of this as an opportunity to bring Jews to Christ, forget about it. That is condemned. The rest of the world is lit on fire by hell, and loves defending the devil's kingdoms at the expense of all that is good and right. Let's try to stay on topic here. It has to do with highly charged political lobbying. The group that brought us "Muslim Mosque on Ground Zero as a Memorial to Jihad!!!" pure spin about a proposed center blocks away from the so-called ground zero. (Ground Zero is a technical term indicating the impact spot for nuclear weapons. There are two such ground zeros, both in Japan, we all know who is responsible)

But Israel stands as a beacon of democracy, human rights, and pluralism in the midst of surrounding dictatorships filled with the repression of basic human rights.
