the law enforcement/fema/cdc/ etc..down to the boys scouts.?
checkpoints-neighborhood sweeps-
state cops/ sheriffs dept /city cops/ marshals/swat/dea/atf/fbi/cia/
park rangers/border patrol / private security/and boy scouts..
add Interpol.

Sounds like whatever they're throwing at you lot in the US is also being thrown at us folk in the UK. Am I the only one seeing this?
