Lets keep it simple so what would be your...

1. Last drink of choice.
2. Last entree of choice.
3. Last (2) side items of choice.
4. Last dessert of choice.

1 vintage champagne before / during meal, cognac after
2 the best fillet steak money can buy
3 home-made chips (fries, you heathens!), green salad

and then a full english the next morning before the world ends!

It's tough between a huge slab of chocolate and Japanese parfait. Therefore, clearly the answer is to have Japanese parfait with a huge slab of chocolate as garnish. Japanese parfait is some of the yummiest stuff in the world. And, like food textured by burning, there's a visceral quality beyond merely flavor available from gnawing from slabs of chocolate bigger than your hand.

This is too irresistible. Just so you'll know, I am officially trading in my creme brulee for this.

a 20 oz rare cut of prime rib with creamy, and shredded horseraddish sauce. a large lobster tail for a surf and turf entree, first side would be asperagus with cheddar sauce, second, a loaded baked potato. (sour cream, bacon, chives, some garlic salt) a good red wine to go with dinner, then a huge slice of chocolate suicide cake with a scoop of chocolate ice cream
(chocolate suicide cake is a 9 chocolate layer of fudge, and cake that is frozen. Used to serve it at a restaurant i worked at) then two cans of ice cold coke to wash it all down with.

Being my wife is chinese, she makes a unique meal. She get chicken wings, boils them until the fat is gone, then she puts them in a wok, and adds coca cola until it covers the chicken wings, then she lets it simmer until the coke is gone. Its the best chicken i have ever tasted, so it would have to be that.

Afters, it has to be butterscotch angel delight

Ummm, Knob Creek.

I chose Woodford myself, but could interchange with a variety of Bourbons: Knob Creek, Woodford Reserve, Four Roses, Wild Turkey, 1792, Buffalo Trace or Maker's Mark, just to name a few.

I could also probably make one of these my dessert, but being that a TRUE Derby pie has a half pint of bourbon (preferably Maker's) in it, I went with that.
