I tell you Arizona incredible step toward illegal immigration will be historical in the sense that the Federal government will be scrambling for solutions if more states join the Arizona party.

See with all the economic downfall that states are facing and with the new HCR that is going to dump the funding of the increasing Medicaid monster after Obama dump the poor and "probably" all those illegal immigrant children into it as his version of "public option" by 2017 States will be facing more budget shortcomings.

Things are going to get really ugly in this nation very soon.

Well immigration is a federal thing you say. Well let me put it this way, 70-75% of the people were in favor of that bill.

Now you have the federal government saying that Amnesty is the way to go and besides that, they throw in a new biometric id card.

Well, it may just become a federal thing.

The Federal Republic of Arizona.

Time to begin the end of the United Socialist/Fascist States of America.

Yes, Arizona in your eyes was just being a petulant child, and that is how the federal government responded. Like the NANNY state frelling monarchy they have become.

Let us get the party started.

Can you post a link to your source? That is an interesting statistic. Thanks.

Here is from ABC-Ariz. Sheriff Says He Will Refuse to Enforce Immigration Law

Most Arizona residents agree with her. According to a Rasmussen poll, some 70 percent of state residents say they support the new law.

I am trying to find the Rasmussen poll itself. I will post it when I find it.

edit to add-

Nationally, 60% Favor Letting Local Police Stop and Verify Immigration Status

70% of Arizona Voters Favor New State Measure Cracking Down On Illegal Immigration

Feds can pass any legislation that they think might further the Federal intravention into state sovernity..problem is inforcing it...
I dont think the great state of Texas will take being treaded on lightly...
Federally commisoned officers can easily convert to a state officer with a simple oath,,dont even have to change uniforms...just badges and patchs!
