Should colleges and universities become public schools that cost nothing till property tax comes around? What do you think?

I'm making a call on education. I at least think college and university shouldnt cost someone right then and there or down the road.

Well if Cuba can provide all its citizens with free and universal education right through university - with nothing to export but Nickel and Cigars - I don't understand why the rest of the planet can't.
