Does the bill includes tagging every one with a RFID Chip? so you would not require to carry any national ID cards?

I would rather watch Glenn Beck than listen to anymore of the double talk, confusing and flat out intentional misleading that the current White House and Congress has been spewing! Our freedoms are being taken faster and faster and it has to stop by voting those responsible out of office.
