Corporate Media Blames Kamikaze Attack On Tea Parties

www.prisonplanet.com

Time Magazine has wasted little time in crudely exploiting the kamikaze plane attack in Austin today to smear Tea Party activists as violent domestic terrorists, implying that anyone upset with big brother and the federal government is in league with Joe Stack, the pilot who crashed his Piper Cherokee into a building that housed IRS offices.
With Obama supporters already crawling over message boards labeling the incident a “right-wing domestic terror attack,” Time Magazine has already jumped on board with a piece by Hilary Hylton which equates Stack’s rambling manifesto with “the angr

WOW, Now we have serious propaganda to demonize tea partiers. You guys have to read this article:

newsblaze.com...

It basically implies that Joe Stack was a tea partier and did what a patriot would do, it says,

"It is truly a damn pity that Mr. Stack did not survive to tell his story. Still, his message lives on!

God Bless Joseph Andrew Stack."

All I am hearing about is his suicide letter and original tea party beliefs.

This is starting to look like a staged attack to put tea partiers on the same level as 9/11 truthers. Hated and looked at as crazy.

If it isn't stage (which it might not be) - They are using this situation to their full advantage.

I'll be interested to see how the Neocon shill Sarah Palin reacts to this.

First the Teaparty movement started out as a non-ideological protest against general corruption, with perhaps a faint tinge of Ron-Paul-style libertarianism. This stage of initial purity didn't last long: Palin moved in like a shark sensing fresh blood in the water a few weeks ago and somehow positioned herself as a "leader" of this movement, attempting to co-opt and pervert its essential nature. If the media decides to demonize the movement now, watch Palin scamper away like a rat fleeing a sinking ship.

Some are even likening the guy to Tim McVey only with an airplane.

Tea Party is a nightmare for both sides. Nothing is a frightening as folks rising up, from out of their sheep pen, to secure their rights.

It's like watching a bunch of children create a scapegoat on the schoolyard to make themselves feel important. Do they ever address the issues raised by this person? They don't they skip right over the real issues within our own system and attempt to make the public form an opinion of anyone that believes these things is "crazy." There are real issues in our system that need to be addressed. This incident is the result of those issues in our system. A true leader in the IRS or anywhere in a position of authority should look deeply at the issues stated by Joseph and make a decision of HOW these laws affected the mentality of this person. This is not to condone his actions, it is to address the underlying reason why some people snap. If the system is not fair people will snap. If you want true security the laws of a land should be equally applied to everyone, and not written to benefit a few. Sooner or later people will figure this out. Some will snap, some will not. Either way the issues should be looked at and the person feeling those things should not be equated with a "terrorist" because one person acted alone.

New York Times, April 1, 2011:

(WASHINGTON) -- Congress and the President have come together in a rare show of cross-isle non-partisan support in issuing a withering statement against the "Above Top Secret Terrorist Movement." The statement, made public early this morning, blamed the "ATS extremist movement" for a series of recent events that, according to the document, "are threating to engulf the nation." The ATS movement was singled out for its "crazed conspiracy-mongering" and "flagrant advocacy of heinous acts." Early the same morning, the President signed emergency act 16379-A, passed unanimously in a special meeting of Congress, that authorized immediate seizure of all property and persons "connected with the ATS movement."

Yes instead of shying away we should all demand to know why and if this man was pushed over the edge. We know that most would never do this but still he was a fellow citizen.

Look at the accommodations we have made for Battered Wife Syndrome. Look what we are demanding from pet owners these days. There should have been somewhere for this guy to turn other than Ronnie Douche or Tax Masters.

Is there any evidence that he was affiliated with the tea party movement? As I see it this just makes the left look stupid if no affiliation is evident.

This guy had issues, some maybe just but he went to far. When oh when will people realize that material things are worthless and can always be replaced. So what he loses a house, he could have bought another especially in this glutted housing market.

I disagree with the fed and rant against the fed alot but I wouldnt go to his extremes, thats just psychotic. If you live in America you pay taxes, if you cheat and get caught your screwed, pay the piper, quit looking for shady loopholes like this guy was and you'll be fine. Want to change things do it politically get involved, the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.

That or Palin will play the part she is supposed to : divide the country in two parties and hopefully people will be more pre-occupied with the other party then the elite.

People are stupid to follow that neo-con shill ``Obama must bomb Iran``-Palin...

Proof on how the ``Tea parties`` are now crazy...

SPOKANE, Wash. -- A speaker at an eastern Washington "tea party" gathering called for U.S. Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., to be hanged, drawing laughter and applause from the crowd.

Civil war being planned by the elite? You betcha!

Odd it happened in Texas and now being blamed on the Tea Party...

I wonder if it will come out he is a big Debra Medina supporter, or if they will use this opportunity to somehow discredit her and her voting base.

Makes you think, or at least me.

That was brilliant and probably prophetic. It made me laugh as well. But I do think the date is wrong though – should be June 12, 2011.

just finished reading his letter and while I wouldn't do what he did, at least we are left with something tangible other than media bull to truly understand why he snapped. RIP Joseph Stack

When was Sarah Palin ever a liberal?

You can't be a neo-con without being liberal first.

Apparently, neither do you.

One need look no further than the Bush Doctrine to see showers of accolades from the neo-conservative ideology.

In fact, many characteristics of the modern neoconservatism are:

- low (if any) tolerance of diplomacy
focus on the middle east
a huge "hard on" for military intervention
seeing the world in "good/evil" terms
"us v.s. THEM" mentality

The one real characteristic that has never changed in this ideology is to use military power to spread the "American greatness".

So, really, by pure definition, Sarah Palin is a neocon.

She would know that too....if she were able to spell it.

The guy hated his wife, hated George Bush, hated the Catholic Church, hated the IRS, hated his accountant.

TEA Party member? Sounds like a hate filled liberal to me. Much like the "Obama obsessed" Liberal College Professor in Alabama who shot her co-workers.

Of course he/she doesn't. He/she is the same ilk that equates Nazis with Conservatives, even though they're actually Socialists.

Irving Kristol: godfather of neo-conservatism.

Do your homework on this guy and you will see how the term neocon came to be. Then you will understand why you have to be a liberal first before you can be a neocon.
