Quite obviously a remote controlled toy with blinking LED lights on it. The circuitry being used to control the LED sequences can be found in any electronics hobby kits these days.

If it is some form of flight-craft, it seems to be tetrahedral. It may just be the 'branches' in front of it shifting which, at the very beginning of the video, cause the craft to seem to shift, but that's what I see, in any event.

Of course, in this case, at least, it seems far more likely to me that they are simply capturing with a video camera something which is very small and against the dark background. Either that, or it could be a not-too-elaborate photoshop job. Nonetheless, considering that some of the tags for that video are as follows, I don't give it all too much credibility.

".. AVATAR IS WHAT HAPPENED ON EARTH..Narnia . USA.Lake Erie Cat People,Hidden Minerals,Underground H2O2 Fountain of Youth Holy Water - Subterranean Green River of Paradise, at 100th Meridian Mountains .. The Erie Cat People Nation regarded the Jesuits as the Destroyers of the Human Race and Nature"

Yeah, looks like a dazzling Chinese toy, nothing more. If that was a real craft then why does the video stop abruptly?

The real mystery is what the heck they're saying??
