Top ten world air forces?

The F-14 beats the F-18 in all categories check my links. the first squadron of F-22 will be operational in 2005 with 24 F-22. and the F-14 can shoot at 6 different targets as low as 50 feet to as high as 100.000 feet from 200 miles away, and track 24 different targets simultaneity and a new thermal imaging radar allows the F-14 to see targets from 300 miles away. can the F-18 do that No it cant!

None of your figures or facts provided this number.What weapon is it using to do this and under what conditions.

The fact is the F-18 is an all weather fighter with both air and ground ability compared to the F-14's lacking ability to strike land based target.

The cold war was over last time I checked and the fleet doesnt require a dedicated interceptor to defend the fleet. The last military carrier operations have all been against land based targets with minimal if any air to air engagement.

So? I said that no F-22 squadrons are operational now and you just proved my point.

Im shaking in my boots to think of 24 new and untested platforms with no combat records sitting in one squadron. Watch out world!

want it or not, your f14 gets replaced by superhornets, then by JSF?

A. I never said I wanted to see the F-22 fail. I dont expect it to fail, but I dont go around going "the F-22 pwns you! " . I expect the F-22 to have a combat record as superb as the F-15. However I do respect the airframes of other countries and I can acknowledge that we do not dominant every sector of modern air warfare.

B. Yes I will just take your word for it seeing as you "just know what your talking about". Wouldnt want you to put money where your mouth is now would I because then Id have to "eat my words".
