Can anybody find the full text of the $1.1 trillion bill passed?

I'd really like to read it, but I can't find it on the internet.

I'd like to review the 5,000 earmarks in this bill.

Help is needed.

The bill is still missing the defense budged appropriation that will be added later in another congress meeting, also the health care initial cost if passed is not in the bill either, the bill is just for the Government to continue working.

they do these less popular bills on weekends knowing most people wont be home to see the news. not a bad plan if you ask me... if more of the nation really knew what was going on we might see a resurgence in mob lynching ya know
